Below is exactly what our warranty covers — and what it does not — so you know what to expect.

What is covered?

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and sealant adhesion resulting directly from the installation performed by Master Mastic LLC 

Includes coverage for replacement of sealant materials which exhibits loss of adhesion or failure to cure. This warranty covers sink holes (divots) and voids.

If a covered issue arises, we return, evaluate and make it right.

What is not covered?

• Failure resulting from ground movement and settlement
• Concrete shrinkage, structural cracks or defects, faulty construction, design, or materials
• Misuse of structure, including accident, tire, or other casualty or physical damage
• This warranty does not cover any drainage issues after product installation.
• This warranty does not cover fading/discoloration caused by any harsh chemicals or natural fading due to weather and sun exposure.
• We do not warranty color variance from color chart, as the final cured color of the actual product may vary.
• Topping mastic with sand will alter the color from the color chart.
• This warranty does not cover clean-up if mastic is damaged by people, pets, vehicles, etc.; however, we want to take good care of you. Let us know if something gets tracked.
